Individuals:
For individual customers our policy is:
- 14 days from the point of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since the items were delivered, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- The items must be unused and in it's original packaging.
- To complete your return, you will need to fill out a return request form. If the return is authorised, a member of our team will be in touch with you to let you know what to do next.
B2B:
If you are a B2B customer then please feel free to get in touch to discuss.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items.
You may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your items.
Late or missing refunds:
If your return was authorised and you haven’t received a refund /credit yet, please contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, but we are always happy to help where we can so please get in touch should there still be a problem.
