Individuals:
Our policy is 30 days from the point of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the items were delivered, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
For a return, the items must be unused and in it's original packaging.
To complete your return, you will need to fill out a return request form. If the return is authorised, a member of our team will be in touch with you to let you know where the return should be sent.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you would like to return an item due to a manufacturing defect or poor workmanship and the item was used, then it must be returned in a sterile condition with evidence showing this, otherwise the item may be discarded /destroyed upon receipt and the return may not be processed. This is to ensure the safety of our team.
Once the items are received, they will be inspected. Any further findings will be communicated back to you if need be.
If your return is approved then a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once paid. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your final refund. You may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your items.
Late or missing refunds:
If your return was authorised and you haven’t received a refund /credit yet, please contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, but we are always happy to help where we can so please get in touch should there still be a problem.
